舌体组织瓣后置修复舌根癌切除后缺损

Set-back tongue flap for repairing of the defects following resection of tongue base cancer

目的 探讨舌体组织瓣后置修复舌根癌切除后缺损的临床应用价值。方法 对 6例舌根癌患者在原发灶切除后利用舌体组织瓣后置修复舌根缺损 ,术后随访评价功能恢复情况。结果 后置舌体组织瓣无明显萎缩 ,舌体运动基本正常 ,患者的语言及吞咽功能恢复比较满意。结论 舌体组织瓣后置修复舌根癌切除后缺损手术设计符合舌的解剖生理特点 ,手术相对简单、安全 ,术后功能恢复较好。

Objective To study the clinical value of set-back tongue flap for repair of the defects following resection of tongue-base cancer.Methods Set-back tongue flap was applied to repairing the defects in 6 cases with tongue-base carcinoma.The functional rehibilitation was evaluated by following up examination.Results The size and shape of the flap was maintained with little atrophy.The function of swallowing and speech following surgical treatment was satisfactory.Conclusion Set-back tongue flap is feasible to repair the tongue-base defects.The surgical procedure is easy to perform and good physiologic results can be obtained.
