脑溢安干预大鼠脑出血对丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶表达影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察脑出血后丝氨酸/苏氨酸(Serine/threonine Kinase Akt)的表达及中药制剂脑溢安的干预作用。方法 用Ⅶ型胶原酶于脑内定位注射诱导大鼠脑出血模型,用免疫组织化学法观测脑内有Akt表达的阳性神经元细胞与数目。结果 大鼠脑出血后12h时Akt开始表达增加,4d时Akt达到高峰,7d时仍有表达均高于假手术组(P<0.01)。脑溢安治疗组在脑出血后24h、2d、4d、7d各时间点Akt的表达均较模型组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论 大鼠脑出血后Akt表达增加,脑溢安对Akt有上调作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Ak t aft er intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) injury in rats and their expressions regula ted by Nao Yi An(NYA).Methods type Ⅶ collagenase was stereotaxi cally injecte d into the globas pallidus of rats,immunohistochemical analysis was employed to de tect the Akt in the brain tissues of rats.Results The expressions o f Akt in the model and NYA groups were increased after 12 h,peaked on d 4,and higher at 24h,d 2,d 4 and d 7 than those in the sham group.The Akt protein in NYA group was significantly higher than that in the model group at 24h?,d 2, d 4 and d 7 time points. Conclusions The level of Akt protein is in creased after ICH injury in the rat.NYA can markedly increase Akt expression.
