健脑益智汤和益肾通窍汤对老年性痴呆作用机制的实验研究

An Exporimental Study on the Therapentic Mechanism of JNYZ & YSTQ for Senile Dementia

目的 研究健脑益智汤（ＹＮＹＺ）和益肾通窍汤（ＹＳＴＱ）对痴呆大鼠的行为学、脑内递质及海马形态学的影响。方法 跳台实验、迷路实验、双缩法、紫外线分光光度法。结果 喜得镇、健脑益智汤和益肾通窍汤对改善大鼠行为学、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）、谷氨酸（ＧＬＵ）、胆碱酯酶（ＡＣＨＥ）、Ｂ型单胺氧化酶（ＭＡＯ－Ｂ）有明显效果，而且对海马形态学有保护作用。结论 健脑益智汤、益肾通窍汤可提高大鼠脑内ＬＰＯ、ＧＬＵ、ＡＣＨＥ的表达，降低ＭＡＯ－Ｂ的表达和保护海马形态，可能是其对老年性痴呆的作用机理之一。

Objective To investigate the effect of JNYZ and YSTQ on behavior,brain t ransmit ters and hippocampal formation in rats with senile dementia. Methods We adopted step down test,electric maze test, dual-miniature method, and ultraviolet spec t rophotometry. Results Hydergine, JNYZ and YSTQ can improve behavi or scores and affect brain transmitters(increasing LPO, GLU and ACHE, and decresing MAO-B), an d have the function of protecting hippocampal formation. Couclusion Protection of hippocampal formation, improvement of LPO, GLU and ACHE and decrease of MAO-B are probably part of the mechanism of the effects of JNYZ and YSTO on senile de mentia.
