不同配方植物饲料对大鼠血清脂质影响的研究

THE EFFECT OF THE DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS OF PLANTS FOOD ON SERUM LIPID IN RATS

目的研究不同配方的植物性饲料对大鼠血清脂质的影响。方法选择雄性Wistar大鼠 2 8只 ,随机分为 4组 ,人为复制成高脂血症模型后 ,3组大鼠饲喂不同配方的实验饲料 ,对照组饲喂普通饲料 ,观察大鼠血清脂质的变化。结果各实验组大鼠血清中胆固醇和甘油三脂的含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但大鼠的体质量无变化。结论不同配方的植物性饲料可以不同程度地降低大鼠血清胆固醇。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of the different ingredients of some grain foods on serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG).MethodsRat models of hyperlipidemia were made by feeding high lipid diet for 3 weeks,and divided into 4 groups by weight and cholesterol randomly.3 groups were fed with test diet,the 4th group consumed common diet as control.ResultsThree weeks′ after the special diet treatment,TC and TG in serum of the 3 treated groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05 ),but the weight of the rats did not change among groups (P> 0.05 ).ConclusionThe different ingredients of some grain foods could reduce the levels of TC and TG in serum.
