非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的血液流变学分析

HEMORRHEOLOGIC ANALYSIS IN NONARTERITIC ANTERIOR ISCHEMIC OPTIC NEUROPATHY

目的探讨血液流变学因素在非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变 (nonarteriticanteriorischemicopticneuropathy ,NAION )发生中的作用。方法对 31例NAION患者和 31例健康体检者进行血液流变学检查。结果NAION组与健康体检组之间的血红细胞沉降率、血浆粘度、全血高切相对粘度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、全血低切相对粘度、红细胞聚集指数有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,NAION组较高。

ObjectiveTo investigate the function of blood viscosity factors in nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy ( NAION ).MethodsThe hemorrheologic characteristics of 31 NAION patients and 31 healthy persons were examined.ResultsThere was no significant difference on erythrocytic sedimentation rate, plasma viscosity and relative high shearing viscosity between the NAION patients and healthy persons (P> 0.05 ); and hematocrit, fibrinogen, relative low shearing viscosity and aggregation index were significantly higher in NAION patients than healthy persons (P< 0.05 or 0.01 ). ConclusionThe high blood viscosity may be the important cause of NAION.
