糖肾通宝饮对早期糖尿病肾病及血液流变学改善作用的临床观察

A Clinical Observation of Tangshen Tongbao Yin for Improvement of Blood Rheology in Early Stage of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：观察比较中药糖肾通宝饮与单纯西药治疗对早期糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）及血液流变学的改善作用。方法：６４例ＤＮ早期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各３２例，分别给予糖肾通宝饮和糖适平、卡托普利治疗４周，观察２组患者治疗前后２４小时尿糖（ＧＬＵ｝、２４小时尿蛋白排除率（ＵＡＥ）、空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）、血肌酐（Ｃｒ）、血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）和血液流变学的变化。结果：２组治疗前后ＧＬＵ、ＵＡＥ、Ｃｒ、ＢＵＮ及部分血液流变学参数明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５－０．０１），治疗组与对照组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：糖肾通宝饮对早期糖尿病肾病及血液流变学的改善作用优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective: To observe the improvement of blood rhe- ology by Tangshen Tongbao Yin(TTY) and western medicine alone in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy ( DN). Methods: 64 cases of early stage of DN were allocated to treatment group(32 cases) and control group (32 cases) randomly, TTY for the former and gliquidone and captopril for the latter. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. 24h urine glucose ( GLU), 24h urine albumin elimination rate (UAE), FBG, Cr, BUN and blood rheology were examined be- fore and after treatment. Results: GLU, UAE, Cr, BUN and part of blood rheology index showed markedly improved ( P <0. 05 -0. 01) .The effect between treatment group and control group showed marked differences (P <0. 05). Conclusion: The effect on improve- ment of blood rheology in the early stage of DN showed that TTY is superior than that of western medicine alone.
