Based on the history and the actualities of the E business development, this paper expatiates on the main contents and the tendencies of the new generation of E business, and according to the direction and the actualities of IT development,summarizes the main techniques concerned in the construction of the new generation E business, and gives some suggestions about how to construct the new generation E business in China.
