摘要
报道了Ba掺杂EuSr2 -xBaxRuCu2 O8(0≤x≤ 0 .4)样品的合成以及对其固溶性和物性的研究 .实验发现 :x=0和 0 .2两样品具有很好的单相性 ,其结构与YBa2 Cu3 O7结构相类似 ;而在x≥ 0 .3样品中出现了Ba2 EuRuO6(2 116相 )杂相 ,在该体系中 ,Ba替代Sr的单相固溶范围为 0≤x <0 .3;在单相范围内 ,Ba对Sr替代导致样品的有效Bohr磁矩、自发磁矩和正常态电阻率减小 。
In this paper,it was reported that the preparation for the Ba-doped EuSr 2- x Ba x RuCu 2O 8(0≤ x ≤0.4) samples and the investigation on their physical properties were carried out.It was found that samples for x =0 and 0.2 are of a single-phase and their structure is similar to that of YBa 2Cu 3O 7.There is an impurity of Ba 2EuRuO 6(2116-phase) in the x ≥0.3 samples.The solid solution range in which the sample maintains single-phase is 0≤ x <0.3.Within the single-phase range,the partial substitution of Ba for Sr results in the decrease of the effective Bohr magneton,spontaneous moment and normal-state resistivity,but doesn't change the superconducting critical temperature T c and the ferromagnetic transition temperature T M.
