摘要
本文首次将系统论的思想方法引入我国的泥石流防治研究,提出了泥石流活动与防治泥石流所采用的措施之间构成了一个开放的自然与人工结合的复合系统的概念,并对“泥石流——防治系统”进行了明确的定义和系统内部的分层,用三维空间的立体图直观地表示出了这个系统中三个主要子系统之间及组成各子系统的要素之间的相互关系。本文还就“泥石流——防治系统”的属性、建造该系统的要求和步骤等方面的问题进行了初步的研究。
This paper applies system theory for the first time to the study of debris flow prevention and control in China.The concept is brought forw ard that between the action of debris flow and its preventing means forms an open compound system of both natural and arificial character.It defines the debris flow——prevention and control system and grades the system. By means of stereoscopic chart of three-dimensional space it manifests the relationships among the three main second-systems in the debris flow pre- vention and control system and the relationships among the main factors that form the second-system.Finally,such problems as the attribution of debris flow control system,the request and steps of building this sy- stem model,were studied.
