苯达松和2甲4氯复配除草剂的HPLC分析研究

Study on the Analysis of Bentazone and Metaxon in Paicaolv by HPLC

采用C -8色谱柱和紫外检测器 ,对复配除草剂中的二种活性成分苯达松和 2甲 4氯的含量进HPLC测定 ,以外标法面积定量。苯达松和 2甲 4氯的变异系数分别为 0 .53 %和 0 .87% ,线性相关系数分别为 0 .9999和 0 .9997,平均回收率分别为 1 0 2 .1 0 %和 98.3 2 %。方法用于实样测定 ,结果令人满意。

The Mixed herbcide is composed of two active components, synergists and several kinds of assistants. The active components of Bentazone and Metaxon were determined by RP-HPLC. The Luna-C8 column(10μ,4.60mm×250mm) was used. The results showed that the recoveries were 98.32-102.10%, the coefficients variation were 0.53-0.87% and the linear correlations were 0.9999 and 0.9997. This method is simple, accurate and reproducipility.
