摘要
用高脂血症大鼠模型研究了油茶皂甙的调脂作用。血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)及其亚组分3(HDL3)用聚乙二醇20000法分离,血脂用酶法测定。实验结果显示油茶皂甙能明显降低血清总胆固醇(TCh)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和HDL3,不显著改变HDL浓度,轻微升高HDL亚组分2(HDL2),降低动脉硬化指数(AI)。在100mg/kg以内时,油茶皂甙降低TCh、TG、LDL、AI,升高HDL2/HDL3比值存在明显量效关系。50至100mg/kg时油茶皂甙降脂作用强度相当于氯贝丁酯250mg/kg。
Effects of sasanguasaponin ig for 14 days on blood lipids were investigated in hyperlipoidemia rat models.Serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) and subgroup 3 of HDL(HDL3) were isolated with polyethylene glycol 20000.The experimental results showed that sasang uasaponin markedly reduced serum total cholesterol (TCh),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL),and HDL3,not significantly changed HDL concentration,lightly raised subgroup 2 of HDL(HDL2);significantly increased ratio of HDL2/HDL3 but lowered atheroscleorsis index (AI=(TCh-HDL)/HDL).Saponin (under 100mg/kg) dosedependently reduced the TCh,TG,LDL,AI and increased the HDL2/HDL3 ratio.The efficiency in lowering blood lipids of sasangua saponin (50 to 100mg/kg) corresponds to that of Clofibrate (250mg/kg).Therefore it is regarded that the saponin can regulated serum lipids of hyperlipoidemia animal models to have role in protection from atheroscleosis.
