丹参注射液对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机理 被引量:26

摘要 1.2g/kg、6g/kg丹参注射液ip3d,可明显降低缺血再灌注引起的大鼠脑水肿,减少在脑皮层及海马组织MDA含量,提高CAT和SOD的活性,提高GSH量,并能使皮层及海马部位的ATP含量增多,乳酸水平下降,丹参低剂量的抗自由基作用较高剂量组显著。 A cerebral ischemiareperfusion model in rats was established to investigate the protective effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on ischemiareperfusion injury in brains.The results showed that both doses of injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza (1.2g/kg and 6g/kg,ip),pretreatment 3 days before cerebral ischemia,decreased the brain water content and malondialdehyde (MDA),increased the activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD),elevate glutathione (GSH) and ATP levels,and decreased lactate in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus.It demonstrated that Salvia miltiorrhiza,in certain extent,alleviated brain edema caused by cerebral ischemiareopen,protected the brain,cells and tissue from lipid peroxidation induced by oxygen free radicals,and improved energy metabolism in central nervous syste.The effects of low-dose of Salvia miltiorrhiza was significant than ones of high-dose.
