灵芝孢子粉提取物降血糖作用及机制的实验研究

Experimental Studies on Hypoglycaemic Effects and Mechanisms of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Extract in Diabetic Rats

用Ｓｔｚ复制大鼠糖尿病模型观察了灵芝孢子粉乙醇提取物的水溶部分（Ｇｌｓｅ）的降糖作用及其对胰岛素离体生物活力和内分泌激素Ｉｎｓ、ＧＨ、Ｃｏｒ的影响。实验结果表明Ｇｌｓｅ（相当生药６２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）对糖尿病大鼠有明显的降低血糖作用，增强耐糖效应，对Ｓｔｚ损伤有一定的对抗作用，促进糖尿病大鼠的Ｉｎｓ分泌，维持ＧＨ、Ｃｏｒ的正常水平。

An experimental diabetic model was induced by abdominal cavity injection of Streptozotocin (60mg/kg).Rats were pretreated po with 6250mg/kg (equal to dose of crude drugs) of Ganoderma lucidum spore extract (Glse) once daily for 14 days respectively.Results showed that the Glse was able to decrease blood glucose level in diabetic rats from 582.63±77.54mg/dl to 230.49±53.18mg/dl and promote the effect on glucose tolerance of diabetic rats.The insulin level in diabetic rats was enhanced marekedly and the growth hormone and cortisol level in the rats was being normal level after administration.Serum drugs did not affect the action of insulin stimulated lipogenesis activity in rat adipocytes.It is concluded that:(1)Glse has potent hypoglycemic effects.(2)it also exerts a protective effect on β cell of pancreatic islets and regulation on endocrine system.
