电网故障信息综合分析及管理系统的研究

RESEARCH ON COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR POWER SYSTEM FAULT INFORMATION

采用 Internet网络技术、数据库技术以及面向对象的系统设计方法 ,开发了电网故障信息综合分析及管理系统。提出了一种可行的故障信息联网方案 ;对故障诊断和定位、设备动作情况的监视和评判、谐波分析和波形处理等故障分析功能进行了研究 ;建立了故障信息管理系统 ,开发了方便的查询功能和基于 Web的浏览界面 ,实现了信息资源的广泛共享。

Using Internet network technique, database technique and object oriented design method, a comprehensive analysis and management system for power system fault information is developed and a feasible network connection project for fault information is put forward. The fault analysis functions, e.g., fault diagnosis and location, the supervision and judgment of power equipment action, harmonics analysis and waveform treatment are studied, a fault information management system is established in which convenient retrieval function and a Web based browser interface are developed, and the wide ranging sharing of information resources is implemented.
