桂枝汤对胃肠运动双向调节作用的研究 Ⅰ.对胃排空、肠推进的影响

Experimental Study of Guizhi Decoction on Dual-direction-Regulaion of Gastrointestinal Motility Ⅰ. Effect on Gastric Emptying and Enterokiesia

桂枝汤可抑制新斯的明引起小鼠胃排空加快、肠推进加速；也可拮抗阿托品引起的胃排空减慢、肠推进减弱，使两种偏亢或偏抑的胃肠机能状态趋于正常，而对正常动物却无明显的影响，提示本方对胃肠运动机能具有双向调节作用。

Guizhi Decoction(GD) might decrease gastric emptying and enterokinesia speed quickened by neostigmine.It might also increase the speed slowed down by atropine.The hyperfunction and/or hypofunction could be improved,and intend to normal state.In addition,GD didn't influence gastric emptying and enterokinesia function in normal mice.The results indicate that GD may rugulate the function of gastrointestinal motility in dualdirection.
