榄香烯对肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3的抗肿瘤作用机理的实验研究 Ⅴ.榄香烯对小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子及层粘连蛋白水平的影响

The effect of elemene on activity of tumor necrosis factor and content of laminin in mice serum

榄香烯乳剂作瘤周注射给药实验组瘤重显著比对照组轻（ｐ＜０．０１），实验组小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子水平及层粘连蛋白水平均显著低于对照组（ｐ＜０．０１）。

In this paper, antitumor effect of elemene on tumor-bearing mice were studied.The results showed that the tumor necrosis factor activity and laminin content in elemenetreated group was significantly lower than that of control group These results suggest that elemene can decrease tumor necrosis factor activity and laminin content,and as a result the growth of tumor is inhibited.
