来复汤“救脱”作用的现代药理研究

Pharmacological Study of Laifu Decoction on Anticollapse

来复汤是张锡纯救治“厥脱”证的常用方剂。本文结果表明该方对大鼠离体心脏乳头肌有显著正性肌力效应，对在位兔心左室功能有明显增强作用，对动物失血性休克有明显对抗作用。以上结果为张锡纯推崇的酸敛收涩药治疗元气欲脱证提供了现代药理学基础，提示该方在治疗休克、心衰方面的作用应引起足够的重视。

Laifu Decoction(LFD) is a recipe for rescuing the urgent cases of collapse by Dr. Zhang Xichun, a wellknown TCM physician of modern times. In order to find out its anticollapse mechanism in this program the effect of the decoction on the cardiovascular system was researched. The results showed that LFD has effects as follows:dramatric postive inotropic effect on the isolated rat's left ventricular papillary, obvious effect of strengthing the left ventricular function of the rabbit, antagonize significantly hemorrhagic shock of rabbit or rat.
