Effects of Tiaogan Capsule (TGC) on chronic liver injury in rats

调肝胶囊可显著降低ＣＣｌ４慢性肝损伤大鼠肝中羟脯氨酸含量，升高血清白蛋白及白球比值，阻止血清γ球蛋白的升高，显著阻止或减低肝纤维化的发生，上述作用三剂量组间存在量效关系。结果提示：调肝胶囊可阻止大鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤。

The results showed that TGC could significantly decrease hyaluronic acid content,increase serum albumin and ratio of albumin/globulin,lower the elevation of γglobulin,inhibit CCl_4induced hepatic fibrosis occurred in rats.It was found that TGC responses were dosedependent.These results suggested that TGC had a remarkable liver protective action in CCl_4induced hepatic fibrosis rats.
