摘要
采用自然衰老雄性大鼠,观察给予淫羊藿有效组分-多糖(EPS)前后下丘脑和皮质β内啡肤(βEnd)含量、血促性腺激素(LH、FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、白细胞介素2(IL2)、自然杀伤细胞(NKC)活性。结果表明,与青年鼠比较,衰老大鼠上述各指标均有不同程度的降低。应用EPS后,老年大鼠下丘脑和皮质βEnd含量和IL2、NKC活性明显提高,提示淫羊藿多糖可明显增强机体免疫功能和神经肽含量。
The following determinations were carried out in the naturalsenile animals (21month old rat) after the treatment.Hypothalamus and frontal contex β-endorphin,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone,estradiol in the blood,rat induction of interleukinⅡ(IL-2) and the activity of natural killer cells(NKC).The senile rat's above indexes decreased obviously(control:young rats),and by using EPS,βendorphin,rat induction of interleukinⅡ(IL-2)and the activity of natural killer cells(NKC).The senile rat's above indexes decreased obviously(control:young rats),and by using EPS,β-endorphin,rat induction of interleukinⅡ(IL-2) and the activity of natural killer cells(NKC) were improved respectively. The results suggested that EPS could improve senile body's regulation of neuroimmunologic effect and delay senility.
