茶多酚对血小板功能影响的临床研究

Effect of Tea Polyphenols on Platelet Function in Clinical Study

在体外试验中，茶多酚能明显抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的人血小板最大聚集率，但无明显剂量效应关系。ＴＸＢ２水平明显降低，而６酮ＰＧＦ１α水平明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），其疗效与肠溶阿斯匹林７５ｍｇ／ｄ相似。

 It was observed that effect of tea polyphenols(TP) on platelet function.The results showed that TP could remarkedly inhibit platelet aggregation(PAG) induced by ADP in vivo(P<0.01),but the relationship of dosageeffect was no remarkable.After patients with high PAG(HPAG) took TP capsule 150mg/day for 2 weeks,the PAG and the plasma level of TXB_2 were remarkedly decreased,while plasma level of 6-ketoPGF-1α was remarkedly increased (P<0.05～0.01).The efficacy of TP was same as the that of aspirin 75mg/day.It was showed that TP had effect of antiplatelet function.
