摘要
鉴于我国水土保持生产、科研基层目前还使用的人工采样方法及国内外通常使用采样器的缺陷,研制了一台由单板微机控制的每次可采24个水样的自动采样器。不仅可采悬移质也可采推移质。采样器由引水装置,采水量控制装置、定位装置、控制电路、单板机系统构成。采样器采样量,采样周期精度较高、采样频率软件控制、灵活可调,具体积小,重量轻(大部分材料用有机玻璃)转动灵活、平稳、定位准确。据我们了解,国内还未见过此类采样器。采样器在实验室进行了多次试验,工作正常,今人满意。在人工降雨场正式试验,一次获得成功。
Seeing that the artificial sampling methods are still used in the grass-root units of water and soil conservation and scientific research at present in China, and also the incomplete sampling devices are still employed both at home and abroad, we have developed an automatic water sampler controlled by one single board computer with 24 water samples gathered at one time. This water sampler can collect both suspended load and bed load. This water sampler consists of water diverting device, water sampling controller, the locating device, the controlling electric circuit and the single-board computer system. This water sampler has a very high accuracy of the sampling mass and cycle and the sampling frequency controlled by software, and this water sampler is flexible to be adjusted, small in volume and light in weight(most of these parts are made of organic glasses), flexible to move smoothly and accurate in locating. As far as we know, there has so far not been this kind of water sampler in our country. this water sampler has been tested for many times in laboratory, and it works normally and satisfactorily. It has been successful in the artificial rainfall testing fields.
