红芪多糖增强LAK细胞对膀胱肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用

Effect of Radix Hedysari Polysaccharide (HPS) Enhancing Cytotoxicity of LAK cell on Bladder Cancer in vitro

用ＭＴＴ法观察了红芪多糖（ＨＰＳ）对ＬＡＫ细胞的影响，结果表明ＨＰＳ无明显的促进ＬＡＫ细胞扩增的作用，但与ＬＡＫ细胞或ＰＢＭＣ合用可显著增强对膀胱肿瘤细胞株ＥＪ和原代肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。

To investigate the effect of HPS on bladder cancer line EJ cell proliferation was tested by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.The results showed that HPS hasn't enhanced effect for LAK cell proliferation.When simultaneously applied with HPS cytotoxicity of LAK cell or PBMC were enhanced agaist EJ cell and BTC from the patients.
