榄香烯诱导肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3凋亡的实验研究

The Effect of Elemene on Induction Apoptosis of Ascites Hepatoma Cell Line HcaF25/CL16A3

研究了榄香烯诱导肝癌腹水瘤细胞系ＨｃａＦ２５／ＣＬ１６Ａ３凋亡的作用。结果表明：凋亡抑制基因ｂｃｌ２在对照组呈高度表达，榄香烯作用后，可使强表达ｂｃｌ２细胞数显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＤＮＡ凝胶电泳结果表明榄香烯可使ＨｃａＦ２５／ＣＬ１６Ａ３ＤＮＡ出现凋亡特征（呈慧星状或梯形条带）。提示榄香烯可能通过使ＤＮＡ断裂及抑制ｂｃｌ２表达而诱导该细胞株凋亡，榄香烯诱导细胞凋亡可能是其抗肿瘤作用机制的重要方面之一。

By using immunohistochemitry and DNA electrophoresis,we studied the antitumour mechanisms of elemene.The results showed that the elemene can inhibit expression of bcl2 in ascites hepatoma cell lin HcaF25/CL16A3,and the elemene also can make DNA fragmentation in this cell line in vitro and vivo.These results suggest that elemene can inhibit the growth of tumor by inducing apoptosis.
