灵芝对阿霉素所致自由基损伤的预防作用 被引量:2

摘要 在阿霉素引起细胞自由基损伤的大鼠模型上观察了灵芝的保护作用。隔日ip阿霉素3mg/kg4次制造细胞自由基损伤的大鼠模型,以实验大鼠血液与心脏、肝脏中SOD和GSHPx活性为观察指标。结果表明阿霉素可明显降低实验大鼠血液与心脏、肝脏中SOD和GSHPx活性。ig灵芝两周可抑制阿霉素的这一作用并呈现一定的剂量依赖关系。灵芝对血液中SOD和GSHPx活性不仅可使之恢复至原水平,甚至有所提高。而对心、肝组织,灵芝需在较大剂量才可使其SOD和GSHPx活性恢复至接近原水平。表明灵芝可在一定程度上抑制阿霉素引起细胞自由基损伤作用。 ? This study was to investigate the effects of Ganoderma lucidum (Ling Zhi,LZ) on the animal model of radical injury induced by adriamycin (Adr).The activities of the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) detected by the spectrophotometry were taken as the observing parameters.Injection with Adr 3mg/kg every other day for 4 times totally,leading to the decrease of the SOD and GSHPx activities in the rats'blood,heart and liver obviously.The LZ ig given successively for two weeks effectively inhibited the action of Adr,and this inhibition showed a dose dependent manner in some extent.The recovering action of LZ on the SOD and GSHPx activities was more obvious comparatively in rats'blood than in heart and liver.In former,LZ made the decreased SOD and GSHPx activities induced by Adr recovered to normal level,even a bit higher for the big dose of LZ;while in later,LZ only in middle and big doses made the decreased SOD and GSHPx recovered near to the normal level.These results mean that LZ can antagonize the cellular radical injury of Adr,protecting the experimental animal to some extent.
