摘要
本文以长治市土石山区的沁源县王家庄治理试点流域为典范,采用系统工程原理,按生态经济系统理论,运用遥感技术,多目标数学规划方法,研究了这个小流域开放系统,建立了系统数学模型的优化治理模式,并应用于试点流域的实施中。优化治理体现了生态经济系统中的三个主要目标:人均纯收入净增加835元、治理投资最少、土壤流失量减少61.1%。
With a controlling testing watershed of Wangjiavillage of Qinyuan County in the earth-rock mountain area of Changzhi Municipality as a controlling model,this paper studies the open system of Lhis small watershed, and the establishment of the opLimum controlling patterns of the mathematical model of this system using system engineering prineiples, eco-economy system theory, remote sensing techniques andmulti-purpose mathemtical planning method. They are puL into operation of the testing controlling watershed. The optimum controlling models embody three major objectives:vhe capitation income will increase 835 Yuan; conLrolling investment is minimum; and Lhe amount of soil losses will be reduced by 61.1%.
