摘要 用半胱胺诱发大鼠十二指肠溃疡模型，观察了愈疡灵对其的预防效果。结果愈疡灵能减少溃疡发生率，减小溃疡面积，其机理与该药阻止半胱胺耗竭十二指肠局部性生长抑素有关。 ? The cysteamineinduced duodenal ulcer model in the rat was established to observe the protective effect of Yuyangning.The results showed that the incidence of ulceration was decreased,the total area of ulcers was reduced.The probable mechanism of Yuyangning in preventing the occurrence of duodenal ulcer is to inhibit the reduction of somatostatin caused by cysteamine.
