摘要
本文主要针对小流域治沟骨干工程坝系规划问题,应用系统工程的理论和方法,建立了该规划问题的数学模型,通过求解获得了小流域内最优建坝组合和分年度实施顺序。该求解方法其计算工作量小,运行时间短。所编写的程序是一个完整的通用坝系规划软件包,可适应于各种地形的小流域治沟骨干工程坝系规划问题。各种优化参数都符合要求。应用结果表明,本文所建立的数学模型和求解方法正确,程序使用方便、简单,为小流域治沟骨干工程坝系进行系统的、科学的规划开辟了一条新路。
Using the theory and method of system engineering, the mathematical model for the planning of backbone engineering dam system in controlling gullies in small watersheds was established in this paper. Through calculations, the combinations of the optmum dam construction in small watersheds and sequence of the implementation of the planning in years have been obtained. The method of obtaining solutions has the advantages of less calculation and short operation duration. The programming for the model is complete and universal software package of dam system planning suitable to the planningof backbone engineering dam system in controlling gullies of small watersheds of different landforms. The various optimum parameters are in coincidence with the requirements. The results from the application indicate that the mathematical model and its method of obtaining solution are right, and the programming is convenient and simple to use, thus creating a new way for the systematic and scientific planning of backbone engineering dam system in controlling gullies in small watersheds.
