千金藤素对大鼠中性白细胞活性氧生成及兔血小板聚集的影响

Effect of Cepharanthine on Generation of Active Oxygen Species from Rat Neutrophils and on the Platelet Aggregation of Rabbits

千金藤素（Ｃｅｐｈ）浓度依赖性地抑制酵母多糖和Ａ２３１８７诱导的大鼠中性白细胞内Ｃａ２＋浓度增加及活性氧生成；Ｃｅｐｈ也抑制花生四烯酸（ＡＡ）、胶原及ＡＤＰ诱导的兔血小板聚集。和吲哚美辛比较，Ｃｅｐｈ抑制活性氧生成的作用较强而抑制血小板聚集的作用较弱。

Cepharanthine (Ceph) was demonstrated to alleviate the production of active oxygen species and the enhance intracellular calcium concentration on rat neutrophils stimulated by zymosan or A 23187 , and inhibit the rabbit platelet, aggregation induced by ADP, Collagen or arachidonic acid. As compared to indomethacin, Ceph was shown to be more potent against the generation of active oxygen species from rat neutrophils, and weaker against platelet aggregation.
