摘要
麻醉大鼠实验,黄芩甙50mg/kg、100mg/kgiv可显著降低HR、LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、Vmax以及反映心肌耗能量与耗氧量的RPP,而使LVEDP显著升高。提示黄芩甙对大鼠心肌收缩性能有明显抑制作用,从而使心肌耗氧量减少。
The results were shown in anaesthetic rats,baicalin 50mg/kg or 100mg/kg could significantly decrease HR, LVSP, +dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax,Vmax and RPP which is thought as a standard for both myocardial energy and oxygen consumption, and increase LVDP after vein administration. These results suggested that baicalin could inhibit myocardial contractility in rats, and consequently decrease the myocardial oxgen consumption.
