摘要
用气相色谱法测定了正常及荷瘤小鼠血清脂肪酸组分的相对百分浓度，同时研究了榄香烯对荷瘤小鼠血清脂肪酸的影响。结果表明，荷瘤小鼠血清中十六碳一烯酸、十八碳二烯酸、十八碳三烯酸、二十碳五烯酸相对百分浓度均显著低于正常小鼠，榄香烯腹腔注射可使荷瘤小鼠血清中十八碳三烯酸含量显著增高，提示榄香烯可能通过影响血清中脂肪酸成分比例而影响肿瘤的生长。
The changes of the serum fatty acid relative composition and the effect of elemene in normal and tumor-bearing mice were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the relative compositions of 16∶1, 18∶2,18∶3, 20∶5 fatty acid were significantly lower than that of control groups. The relative composition of 18∶3 in elemene-treated group increased than that of control group.These results suggest that elemene can affect the composition of fatty acid, and as a resultthe growth of tumor i inhibited.
