摘要
目的:研究iv 葛根素、川芎嗪 、丹参 注射液对大脑中动 脉结扎( M C A O) 后大鼠血 浆6keto P G F1α、 T X B2 、 N O、 E T 的影响。方法:大鼠结扎大脑中动脉造成实验性脑缺血,iv 上述药物 14 天,应用 放免法及 硝酸酶还原法测定上述指标。结果:iv 葛 根素(50 m g/ kg) 、丹参注射液(15g/kg) 、川芎嗪(20 m g/kg) 均可增加 M C A O 后6keto P G F1α与 T X B2 比例,降低血浆 E T 的含量,葛根素还可明显降低血浆 N O 的浓度。结论: 上述药物 调节脑血流量改善微循环作用,主要与其对6keto P G F1α、 T X B2 、 N O、 E T 的调节有关 。
Objective:In this study, the plsma 6 keto PGF 1α 、TXB 2、NO and ET in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) were measured after intravenous injection of puerarin, tetramethyl pyrazine and Injection of Salvia multiorrhiza Bunge.Method:After MCAO, the rats were treated for 14 days with intravenous injection of these drugs.Those plsma factors were measured with radioimmunoassay method and nitric acid reductase methods.Result:Intravenous injection of puerarin(50mg/kg),tetramethyl pyrazine and Injection of Salvia multiorrhiza Bunge.can raise the ratio of 6 keto PGF 1α and TXB 2 and decrease the plasma ET.Intravenous injection of puerarin can decrease the plasma NO.Conclusion:The mechanism of increase cerebral blood flow and microcirculatory blood flow of those drugs is close related with their effects on plasma 6 keto PGF 1α ,TXB 2,NO and ET.
