摘要
本文研究了齐酞酸钠对小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用，并与齐墩果酸进行了比较。结果表明，齐酞酸钠呈剂量依赖性地明显降低Ｄ氨基半乳糖、扑热息痛，氯化镉所致肝损伤小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶的升高，显著减轻肝脏中脂肪蓄积；减轻肝脏病理损害，但对正常小鼠的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶及肝脏脂肪含量无影响。在同等剂量下。
To investigate the protective effects of OLA PENa against experimental hepatic injury in mice and compare it with OLA in the dose response relationships,serum alanine transaminase (SALT) and liver fat content of hepatic injury in mice caused by toxicant chemicals were determined,The liver tissue samples were examined by histotomy as well.Results showed that OLA PENa obviously inhibited the rising of SALT caused by D Galn,CdCl 2 and AAP,dramatically decreased liver fat storage in a dose dependent manner.Liver damage were reduced.SALT and liver fat content showed no changed in normal mice.LD 50 of the mice by OLA PENa sc was 2052mg/kg.All the mentioned protective effects of OLA PENa against experimental liver injury in mice are more powerful than that of OLA with the same dosage.
