摘要
在D半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性损伤引起衰老的模型上,以脑内MAOB活性和尾腱中羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量为指标,检测了灵芝的作用。结果D半乳糖可明显提高实验小鼠MAOB的活性和Hyp含量,而250mg/kg和500mg/kg的灵芝可有效的抑制D半乳糖的作用,降低MAOB的活性和Hyp含量。
This study was to investigate the effects of Ling Zhi (LZ) on the animal aging model of sub acute injury induced by D galactose(D G),i.e. the mice were given sc with 40mg D G/kg·d,causing sub acute injury.The activity of monoamine oxidase B(MAO B) in mice's brain and the contents of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in mice's tail were detected as the observing parameters.The sc injection of D G obviously resulted in the increase of the MAO B activity and the Hyp contents in the experimental animals,leading to a sub acute injury.LZ in 250 and 500mg/kg effectively inhibited the actions of D G,decreasing the MAO B activity and Hyp contents.The inhibition showed a dose dependent manner.This study has proved that LZ can antagonize the sub acute injury induced by D G,showing its anti aging action in some extent.
