摘要
目的:探讨茶多酚治疗肾炎的机理。方法:小鼠灌胃茶多酚7 天后测其免疫功能和抗氧化酶的活性。结果:茶多酚可明显抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞及其因子IL1 的活性和NO 的生成;抑制小鼠脾细胞产生抗体的能力和血清CIC 的含量;抑制小鼠脾细胞增殖反应和总T 细胞花环和TH 花环的形成。茶多酚还可增强小鼠红细胞SOD 和血中GSHPX 的活性,抑制血清中LPO 的生成。结论:茶多酚抑制小鼠免疫功能。
Object: To study the mechanism of curing anti membrane glomerulonephritis by Tea Polyphenol (TP). Method: Given orally TP of different dosage to mice for 7 days, the mice' immune function and enzyme activity correlating anti oxygenation were detected. Result: TP could decrease the activities of peritoneal MΦ and IL 1, and the formation of nitric oxide (NO). TP could inhibit the antibody formation of spleen cell and the content of CIC in sera, and evidently decrease the percentage of the rosettes of T cell and T H cell, and proliferative reaction of spleen cell. TP could increase the activities of SOD in RBC and GSH P X in blood, decrease the content of LPO in sera.Conclusion: TP could inhibit immune function of mice and promote the enzyme activities of anti oxygenation.
