摘要
本文报告雷公藤多甙(GTW) 对大鼠胸腺免疫功能的影响。结果显示,给药后GTW 对由ConA诱导的胸腺T 细胞的DNA 合成能力及IL2 的产生和活性、T 细胞对IL2 的反应性等均在12 ~24h 时有显著抑制作用,3 天后抑制作用下降,7 天后作用基达本消失,认为GTW 可以通过改变B/T,TH/TS
The influence of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook (GTW) on the immunological function in rat's thymus was studied. The results showed that the synthetic ability of DNA in T cell of thymus induced by ConA, the IL 2 production activity and the proliferation response of IL 2 were inhibited markedly in 12 to 24 hours after given ig. The inhibited effect was weaker after 3 days and the effect was restorative after 7 days. It is suggested that the mechamism of immunological regulation effect of the GTW were change the proportion of B/T and T H/T S relatively.
