中药血清药理研究方法中几种血清预处理方法对消除正常血清活性的比较

Compare with some methods of pretreatment serum to eliminate the activity of normal serum in the study of serum pharmacology of Chinese medicine

本文比较了正常血清与经乙醇、丙酮、甲壳素及５６℃灭活血清在豚鼠离体气管螺旋条上抗Ａｃｈ及抗Ｈｉｓ活性的差异，结果显示，经乙醇、丙酮、甲壳素预处理的血清均可非常明显地降低血清的抗Ａｃｈ的作用，丙酮预处理亦能明显降低血清的抗Ｈｉｓ作用，而５６℃灭活血清不能降低其抗Ａｃｈ和抗Ｈｉｓ的作用。

In this paper it was compared that the activity of antiacetylcholine and antihistamine of normal serum pretereated with alcohol, acetone, chitosan and serum inactivated with 56℃ 30 minutes. The results suggested that all of the serum pretreated with alcohol,acetone, chitosan could reduce the antiacetylcholine activity very obviously in the tracheal in vitro; and the serum pretreated with acetone could reduce its antihistaminal activity obviously also.But the serum inactivated with 56℃ 30 minutes could not reduce the activity of antiacetylcholine or antihistamine.
