摘要
本文比较了正常血清与经乙醇、丙酮、甲壳素及56℃灭活血清在豚鼠离体气管螺旋条上抗Ach及抗His活性的差异,结果显示,经乙醇、丙酮、甲壳素预处理的血清均可非常明显地降低血清的抗Ach的作用,丙酮预处理亦能明显降低血清的抗His作用,而56℃灭活血清不能降低其抗Ach和抗His的作用。
In this paper it was compared that the activity of antiacetylcholine and antihistamine of normal serum pretereated with alcohol, acetone, chitosan and serum inactivated with 56℃ 30 minutes. The results suggested that all of the serum pretreated with alcohol,acetone, chitosan could reduce the antiacetylcholine activity very obviously in the tracheal in vitro; and the serum pretreated with acetone could reduce its antihistaminal activity obviously also.But the serum inactivated with 56℃ 30 minutes could not reduce the activity of antiacetylcholine or antihistamine.
