中药复方对雷公藤多甙降粘抗血小板作用的影响

The Influence of Compositus Traditional Chinese Medicine to the Actions of Decreasing Blood Viscosity and Inhibiting Platelet Aggregation of Multi Glycosides of Tripterygium Wilfordii

以中药复方五子四物瓜石汤水提剂１１２７，５６４，２８２ｇ／ｋｇ与等量雷公藤多甙（３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）组成复方制剂给大鼠ｉｇ，结果表明，２８２ｇ／ｋｇ复方中药＋雷公藤多甙组与雷公藤多甙组均可明显改善佐剂关节炎大鼠血液的高粘状态，并抑制血小板聚集。

The experimental results of giving the compositus medicine which is composed of water decoction of compositus traditional chinese medicine(11.27g/kg,5.64g/kg,2.82g/kg)and equal dose Multi glycosides of Tripyerygium wilfordii(GTW) to the adjuvant arthritis rat(ig) show that both the group of 2.82g/kg compositus traditional chinese medicine with GTW and the group of GTW decrease the blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate obviously.These results indicate that compositus traditional chinese medicine at 2.82g/kg dosage has no bad influence on the actions of decreasing the blood viscosity and inhibiting platelet aggregation of GTW.
