摘要
目的 :探讨黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺放射性损伤的细胞保护作用。方法 :放射用药组小鼠在照射前 3 5~ 45minip黄芩水提液沉淀物 1 2 g/kg ,用60 Co对放射对照组和放射用药组小鼠全身照射 3 5Gy 1次。照射后 13~ 17天小鼠颌下腺称重并取样作电镜检查。结果 :放射对照组小鼠颌下腺萎缩、重量明显减少 ,电镜检查显示腺细胞粗面内质网 (RER)数量减少、排列紊乱、结构模糊 ,部分RER发生断裂 ,长度缩短 ,分泌囊泡减少。而放射用药组小鼠颌下腺的重量和细胞超微结构与正常对照组小鼠相比无明显差异。结论 :黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺的放射损伤有明显的细胞保护作用。
Objective: The cytoprotection from radiation damage to the submandibular gland by glycoside with phenolic hydroxyl group from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (GSBG) in mice was investigated. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] NIH mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: (A)nornal control; (B) irradiation control and (C) treatment group. Mice in group C were injected intraperitoneally in a dose of 1.2g/kg of GSBG. Thirty fiver to forty fiver min after injection 3.5 Gy of whole body 60 [KG2/3]Co irradiation were conducted to mice in group B and C but to A. Thirteen to seventeen days late the submandibular gland of mice in each groups were weighted and sampled for further examination with the electon microscope. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] The submandibular grand in group B are found atrophic and obviously lighter than that in group A. Morphological examination of the submandibular gland of group B under the electron microscope has shown that the rough endoplasmic reticula (RER) of gland cells have a decrease in number, disorderly arrangement, obscure structure and shortening length, and that the number of secretory vesicles has decreased. However, there are no appriciable differences in weight of glands and RER morphology between group C and A. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] GSBG has a significant cytoprotection from radiation damage to the submandibular gland in mice.
