摘要
锅炉省煤器由于飞灰磨损而爆管的事故经常发生 ,给电厂安全经济运行带来了不利影响。由于省煤器爆管具有不可预知的特点 ,到目前为止 ,还没有一种能有效监测爆管事故发生的方法。通过对省煤器的传热模型及磨损特点进行分析 。
The economizer tube failures of the boilers often take place. They are mostly caused by fly ash erosion.They have unforeseen features.Through analyzing and studying on heat transfer model and wearing characteristic of the economizer,a method of monitoring the wearing extent of the economizer is proposed.
