摘要 国内外一些学者已探索建立了一批具体城市和水源的地下水管理模型,笔者试图探索建立一个较大自然单元(面积7029km^2)的区域地下水管理模型。本文概述了地下水管理模型的概念和方法,具体阐述了下辽河平原东部地下水管理模型建立的步骤:模型背景的确立——区域水资源大系统概述;地下水渗流系统的建立及参数识别;管理目标的确立,以满足沈阳、辽阳、鞍山城市未来用水发展为目的、地下水源建设费用最小为目标;水动力,水质、环境、水量等约束条件;优化方法。最后阐述了优化结果,进一步提出基于本区域地表水地下水联合调度的五种水资源开发基本模式。 The basic concept and method of groundwater management model are introduced in this paper, Response matrix approach, which was used in this paper, is discussed in detail. The research procedure of groundwater management model of eastern area of lower liaohe plain is expliained. Establishment of the background of the model; summary of the water resource system of the district; establishment of the groundwater infiltration flow model of the district and Selection the of model parmaters; decision of the managemant objectives, That is, to meet future water demaut of Shenyang, Anshan and Liaoyang cities, with miuium construction cost. The constraints are hydraaulic conditon Wattr q uality, environment and future water demand; optimization method. The optimization reult is exlained and five of basic model dased on the district's groundwater surface water management is shown finally.
