益气醒脑饮可使脑缺血 再灌注大鼠脑匀浆、血清NO、MDA含量明显降低 ,SOD活性明显增高 ,提示益气醒脑饮对缺血
Objective: To study the protective effect of “YXY” in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rat. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] The level of nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rat in brain tissue and serum were measured. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] The levels of NO and MDA of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion groups with medical herbs were significantly lower than control group. The activity of SOD of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion groups with medical herbs was significantly higher than control groups. [WT5”HZ]Conclusions:[WT5”BZ] “YXY” has the protective effect in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rat.
