出血性脑中风CT表现与脑出血性猝死关系的logistic回归分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨出血性脑中风CT影像与脑出血性粹死的关系。方法 对774例HCS病例的临床及CT影像资料进行回顾性分析,就其CT征象与是否发生SCHD作logistic回归分析。结果 774例HCS病例中发生SCHD者47倒(6.07%);HCS患者发生SCHD的重要CT征象为脑出血破入脑室、脑干出血、脑出血并脑疝;HCS患者是否发生SCHD与出血破入脑室、脑干出血及急性脑病有密切关系。结论 脑出血破入脑室、脑干出血、脑出血并急性脑病是HCS患者发生SCHD的高危因素。 Purpose To study relation between CT manifestations of hemorrhagic cerebral stroke (HCS) and sudden cerebral hemorrhagic death(SCHD) . Methods Data of clinical and computed tomography (CT) of 774 patients with HCS were retrospectively analyzed. Logistic regression analyses was underwent between CT manifestations of HCS and SCHD. Results Forty- seven cases(6.07%) of patients present SCHD among 774 cases of HCS. Important CT manifestations of patients of HCS who present SCHD included brain ventricle hemorrhage, brain stem hemorrhage, and acute cerebral hernia. Whether patients of HCS present SCHD were closely related to brain ventricle hemorrhage, brain stem hemorrhage, and acute cerebral hernia. Conclusions Brain ventricle hemorrhage, brain stem hemorrhage, acute cerebral hernia were dangerous factors to cause SCHD.
