摘要 目的 探讨乳腺肿块的高频彩超表现及其诊断和鉴别诊断的规律。方法 42个乳腺肿块经手术及病理证实,对术前高频声像图特征与CDFI表现进行分析与比较。结果 乳腺癌的二维声像图表现,如肿块的边界,内部回声,钙化,衰减均有一定特征;在CDFI中95 %恶性肿块内部测到动脉血流,RI0.77±0.11;27.3%良性肿块中测到动脉血流,RI0.57±0.10(P<0.01)。结论将病灶的二维声像图特征与血流动力学结合,可大大提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率。 Objective To discuss the regular patterns of diagnosis and application in breast mass with high frequency ultrasonography (HFU) and CDFI. Methods HFU and CDFI findings were compared in 42 cases with confirmed breast masses. Results The date of 2-D ultrasound have characteristic, such as tumour boundary, internal echo, calcification, attenuation. The arterial blood flow was found in 95% of the malignant masses, with RI = 0.77± 0.11,and 27.3% of the benign RI = 0.57± 0.10(P< 0.01) .Conclusion Combination of hemodynamic changes and the 2-D characteristics of the lesion can increase the overall accuracy in diagnosing the breast cancer.
