摘要
目的 探讨肝动脉搏动指数(HA-PI)在肝硬化门静脉高压中的应用价值。方法 对50例肝硬化门静脉高压患者和30例健康患者作肝动脉搏动指数检测。结果 病例组HA-PI为1.47±0.19,健康组为1.08±0.13,病例组HA-PI明显高于健康组(P<0.001)。结论 HA-PI在肝硬化门静脉高压中将有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of use of hepatic arterial pulsatility index (HA- PI) in patients with portal hypertension liver cirrhosis. Methods Comparison was made on hepatic arterial pulsatihty index between 50 patients of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension and 30 normal subjects. Results The liver cirrhosis group was HA - PI = 1. 51 ± 0. 42, and the normal group was HA ?PI = 1. 12 ± 0. 34 (P < 0. 01). The HA - PI of patient group was significantly higher than that in nomal grour (P < 0. 001). Conclusion Use of HA - PI in liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension may have significant clinical value.
