摘要
目的 探讨超声在诊断胰腺囊肿的临床应用价值。方法 对17例胰腺囊肿进行超声探测,仔细观察病变部位,同时记录病灶大小、内部回声及其与周围组织的关系。结果 本组17例中,均经手术和病理证实,超声诊断的符合率为88.2％(15/17)。漏诊1例,误诊1例。结论 超声是诊断胰腺囊肿的重要手段并能跟踪观察。
Purpose To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of pancreatic cyst. Methods seventeen Patients of pancreatic cyst were scanned by gray- scale ultrasond.The size and the internal echo of each cyst were observed and recorded carefully.Results All these patients were poerated and confirmed by pathology.The accurate rate of ultrasond was 88.2%(15/17) in the diagnosis of pancreatic cyst.Icase were missed and lease were not diagnosed correctly. Conclusion Ultrasonography is an important method in the diagnosis of pancreatic cyst and can be used in the follow - up observation.
