The Application of IVP in the treatment of ESWL

目的 探讨IVP在ESWL治疗中的应用价值。方法 对171例临床诊断为泌尿系结石行ESWL治疗病人,应用IVP检查了解肾脏分泌功能、梗阻结石的部位及程度。结果 在ESWL治疗中,对IVP显示重度积水,结石一次粉碎者24例,占39.3％;中轻度积水,结石一次粉碎者67例,占73.6％。完全性梗阻,结石一次粉碎者58例,占55.7％;不完全性梗阻,结石一次粉碎者57例,占86、8％。结论 行IVP检查可了解肾脏分泌功能,梗阻部位及积水程度,指导ESWL的治疗。

Objective To research for the application value of IVP in the treatment of ESWL. Methods The Kidney secretion functions of the 171 cases of urological stones under the treatment by ESWL, are examined with IVP. Results 24 serious nephredema cases, the stones are broken once and all, which takes 39.3 % ; and for 67 less serious nephredema cases, the stones are broken once and all, which takes 73.6 % . For 58 complete obstruction cases,55.7% ;for 57 noncomplete obstruction cases,86.8% . Conclusion IVP examination plays an important role in the observation of the kidney secretion funstions, obstruction localion the nephredema degree and the ESWL treatment.
