摘要
本文从探讨阿坝州经济社会发展战略出发,着重指出教育是关键,人才是根本,只有把教育这个基础搞好后,才能更好地为阿坝州经济社会发展战略服好务,同时也对阿坝州的经济区域划分提出了一些建议。
This paper points out that what counts most in the course of the economic and social development in AB a Prefecture is education and qualified personnel,and that only when the basis of education is well built and developed,can it serve well for the economic and social development strategies in ABa Prefecture.At the same time,the paper also puts forwards some suggestions on the division of the economic Zones in ABa Prefecture.
