摘要
中小企业的发展对国民经济的增长、提供就业和科技进步等都具有非常重要的作用。但中小企业在发展过程中也存在一些制约因素。政府必须采取一系列扶持措施 ,以促进中小企业健康发展。
The development of the middle and small-sized enterprises plays an essential role in enhancing the national economy, the employment prospective and technology improvement. However, there are some restricting elements in the course of development. The government should take a series of measures to support and promote the healthy development of the middle and small-sized enterprises.
