A Preliminary Study of the Ideological Work among Young Teachers in the Higher Learning Institutions in the New Period

新形势下 ,加强高校青年教师的思想政治工作意义重大。根据当前高校青年教师政治思想现状 ,应该从三个方面加强高校青年教师思想政治工作 ,即加强导向工作 ,为青年教师的思想导航 ;加强党建工作 ,为青年教师的理想扬帆 ;加强德育工作 ,为青年教师的人生添翼。

To intensify the ideological work among young teachers in the higher learning institutions is of great significance under the new situation. According to the current situation of the ideology of the young teachers in the higher learning institutions, three measures must be taken: a) intensify orientation work to consolidate the young teachers' ideology; b) intensify Party's construction to hoist the sails for the young teachers' ideals; and c) intensify morality education to add inspiration to young teachers' lives.
