On the Present Trend of Higher Education Development and Our Countermeasures

当前高等教育发展的特点是 :大众化进程逐渐加快 ,多元化格局逐步形成 ,合作化模式渐趋成熟 ,通才化理念正在确立 ,国际化趋势日益加强。为此 ,我们要解放思想 ,更新观念 ,跟上时代发展步伐 ,加快学校发展。在具体工作中要外延发展与内涵发展同步进行 ,人才资源和资金资源同时开发。

At present the higher education is developing fast with the course of popularizationg gradually speeding up,the multicultural pattern gradually taken shape,the pattern of cooperation gradually materized and the trend of internationlization further strengthened.Thus we must go on omancipating the mind to keep pace with the times,developing the money and brain resources and strengthening ideolgical and administrative work.
